SHIPPING INFO

We ship all items via US Post Office Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $4.05 USD for all purchases, which is the rate for packages 1 pound & under. If your order is over 1 pound,
We will absorb the extra cost.
THIS SHIPPING COST AND METHOD IS FOR U.S. ORDERS ONLY.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING COST BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

For purchases over $100 US, we will include a tracking number at no extra cost. For purchases of under $100 US, if you wish a tracking number, please add 45 cents to your PayPal invoice.

Please note that from time to time, as we are developing our inventory, some items may be on backorder. As well as possible, we will indicate backordered items in the item description. If you order multiple items, and some of them are on backorder, we will ship the items in stock immediately, then ship the backordered items when they arrive. You will not be left in the cold. We will maintain continuous email contact with you, as to the status of backordered items.

The Poor Piper shopping cart is set up to function in conjunction with PayPal. After you choose "Checkout" you will be taken to the PayPal website. From there, you can use your PayPal account to pay for your items.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay for your items with your credit card, using PayPal's secure payment service.

If you prefer not to use on-line payment, click "checkout" anyway. This will take you to a page showing your total including shipping. Print the checkout page and enclose it with your cashier's cheque or money order
